I'm currently working on my first Articulate course. When I published this course, some of my text is spaced incorrectly or jumbled over each other. Here's an example.
It looks correct when I view it in ppt. How can I fix this?
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
My API was set to 96 so that wasn't the issue. I had tried copying another text box and typing in this text but that didn't work either. Finally, I just created a new slide with a new text box and that worked. Thanks for your response though.

Hi Sheila,
Articulate applications are not currently supported using a large DPI setting. If you are using 120 DPI some symptoms are:
- Elements of the application appear misplaced or distorted.
- The Preview displays misplaced or distorted elements.
- The published output is distorted or does not display correctly.
- Annotations do not line up correctly when you publish or preview.
- Logo does not display correctly.
You can resolve this issue by following the steps outlined in the corresponding Knowledge Base article.

If you continue to have problems, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
