What a week with presenter...it's been frustrating...I updated several presentations...renamed them to reflect the current date...and when I created an Articulate Package, only the most recent interactions were included...where the heck is everything else? This happens all the time. Thx. Michele
Hi Michele, does this only happen when you rename the presentation? I am wondering if the renaming is somehow breaking the associated to the older interactions. If this is the case then you might want to keep the name the same - create the package and just rename the package to reflect the current date.
Always keep the original files in a different folder including .ppta.
Open a original file, then save as a new file name.
Try update your project by using articulate presenter 13. If it doesn't work and you don't want to wait someone's help, you can export audio files from the original files, then import them into the corresponding new ppt files.
Apparently, as you know the templates are different between 09 and 13.
