I recently upgraded a Laptop to windows 7 now I cannot reactivate any Articulate Software Quizmaker\Engage\Video Encoder and Presenter even though I have all the licences for them. How do I reactivate them ?
First, please make sure you've restarted your machine. If you've only upgraded the operating system on the machine, the serial number should already be populated in the activation prompt. If using the serial number that's there, or the serial numbers from your original activation email don't work, it may be an issue with not deactivating them.
I do see a few open cases from your manual activation requests.
