How do I add a hyperlink to each Quiz question screen, that will allow the participant to go back to the source material for assistance with answering the question.
You might want to take a look at this thread. It provides some information and suggestions that may help you with this. There's also an article over here that may be a helpful alternative (personally I think it's a pretty awesome technique).
