I need to change the color of the "hover color" in Quizmaker when the viewer hovers over the answers in the list of options. I've downloaded the Quizmaker '13 Player Color PDF but it's not listed. I've tripled-checked and there is no light blue in ANY of my color schemes (Quizmaker, Articulate, etc.) so I don't know where the blue is coming from...and it sticks out like a sore thumb in my file! Can you help direct me to the right place to change the default color to another color, please? (screen grab attached for your reference)

The hover color actually corresponds to whatever color you have defined as "Control 1" in your theme colors (see screenshot). So if you want to change it, all you have to do is change the colors that is in that slot (see screenshot).
To do so :
1. Go back to the quiz home page and click on the Design tab (see screenshot)
2. Open the Colors drop down menu and select Create New Theme colors (see screenshot)

Unfortunately changing the color of the Hover state is not a feature in Quizmaker. You could always submit a feature request for this.
