My students keep on complaining that they cannot do the quizzes on their tablets, the drag-and-drop function does not work and then they cannot complete the quiz
2. Quiz grades not being captured on Moodle LMS
My students are also complaining that their grades (they include screen shot of result-slide) is not getting captured in LMS (Moodle)

Are you learners viewing the content in a supported environment as specified here?
Are you able to replicate the behavior when the content is uploaded to SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
