Attempt date on customized report

Hi,

I have set our local time zone to Japan (GMT+9). When I created a customized report I noticed that the attempt date shown on the report was 9 hours ahead form the actual time. 

The attempt date on pre-formatted reports are shown correctly. It seems that attempt dates on customized reports are converted to the local time again by adding 9 hours. It means if I work on certain content today at 14:00 pm I will get a customized report with Attempt Date 23:00 pm today which is the future tense. Since I plan to create many customized reports, it is necessary for us to know the correct attempt date and time. Will you please verify this issue?
