I'm trying to follow your question because you are posting in the Quizmaker forum, but mentioning Storyline as well. So, I am assuming that you are creating a quiz in Quizmaker that you are placing into Storyline.
You can insert a 'blank slide' in Quizmaker as shown below on the Insert Tab:
The completed quiz can then be imported into Storyline as well:
