Buttons not appearing in my Quizmaker Player

Hi Adene,

As you'll see in this tutorial on what elements you can add to the Quizmaker 13 player, those options are not included.  If you're including the Quiz as a part of a Presenter course, the player elements will take on whatever you have set for Presenter to create a seamless player.

Thank you for coming back to me.  I have both an Engage slide and a Quiz inserted into my Presenter and on both of these the resources are shown but I can't 'unselect' it as I don't have the option to do so.  When you mentioned now that these slides should fit in with the Presenter Player I went back and had a look at it but I also did not select the Resources there as I won't be using it. 

Any idea on what I am missing?

Hi Adene,

If you haven't included in within your Presenter player set up, I'd double check that you didn't set it on an individual slide as well (custom player settings) as that would override the player set up. You can review this tutorial on slide properties on how to update it. 

If you double check that it's unselected everywhere, and you still see them - I'd start with a repair of Studio. If after the repair, they're still there please create a Presenter package, and share with us here.
