Can't publish Quizmaker Content to a Word Doc

Hi All,
I'm fairly new to Articulate and so far I am LOVING it!
My question is regarding Quizmaker, specifically how to publish the content to a Word Doc. In my case I need the content translated to French.
I found a great tutorial which seems to show me exactly how to do it, except when I open the Quiz in Quizmaker I don't have the option to publish, only to Preview. When the Quiz is opening I can briefly see the Publish button appear, but it's greyed out and when the Quiz fully loads it disappears completely.
So far I've been able to publish my Engage interactions with no problem.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
Adam

HI Adam
You need to open the .quiz file rather than open it up through ppt, the publish options will then all be available

That worked great! That was easy!
Thanks so much for the quick response.
I have to say, this community is pretty amazing, I can't believe the support everyone provides!
Thanks again and have a great weekend!

Hi Adam,
Glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue! Yes, we have a fantastic community that makes my job a whole lot easier!
Im first time user of QuizCreator, and i need some help. Problem is next: when i publish the quiz, it publish only one (the first) question. I looked in quiz propertis for solutions and nothing.. I can do nothing with one question.
Thanks !!!
Hi Vlada, and welcome to Heroes!
Can you please provide more information about what you're experiencing? For instance, where are you building your quiz? If you are experiencing unexpected issues using Articulate software, here are some tips for managing your files which can help prevent issues.
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.

Hi Peter!
Thank you for your help. I managed to find where it was a mistake, the published number of questions was limited to a 1 question in the Quiz setings / randumization, I did not see at first. I knocked a little silly, but thanks anyway.
Hey Vlada!
Glad to hear you got it figured out, and thanks for updating us!
You're welcome
