Hi Elizabeth! Currently in Quizmaker '09, it's not possible to show only the incorrectly answered questions when learners make a repeat attempt on a quiz. That would make a great feature request though!
What might suit your needs instead, is to set the "Attempts" dropdown to "unlimited" for each question - that way, the learner will stay on the question until they answer it correctly. They won't be able to proceed on to subsequent questions till they get the question right.
