Cannot find the linked files of a big project made with Studio 09 and converted to Studio 13

Hi,

I want to locate the linked files of a big project previously made with Studio 09. (more than 500 M0) The project contain many links to Engage and QuizMaker files. I have installed the free Trial version of Studio 13 and open my project to convert it (since I want to publish it in HTML5 format). I made a lot of modifications to the linked files directly in Presenter, using the «Edit in QuizMaker» button. But, when I look at the file on my computer, the date hasn't change. And, if I open the file directly, the changes aren't there. Even if I make an Articulate Package, the old files are linked.
