The solution is quite simple. Click on Quiz Properties, and then make sure the "Allow user to skip question" is unchecked.
Alternatively, you can edit your quizzes once you've embedded them in PPT. Find a quiz in your presentation and click Properties. This action will launch the Quizmaker "Quizzes and Interactions" dialogue box .
In the "Allow user to leave quiz" make sure to select the "After user has completed quiz" option.

You can force your learners to answer all of the questions correctly by setting each question's number of Attempts to Unlimited.
