I have a 6-question quiz that associates must take until they correctly answer all questions. Can't advance until they do. Have questions valued at 16 or 17 points so they equal 100. Quiz properties set to 'unlimited' tries on quiz. Can't advance until 'passed.' If failed go back to current slide- if passed go to next one. I take the course, fail the first time, go back, pass the 2nd one- finish the course and the report gives me score of 100, but failed. Any idea why????
I am having exactly the same problem that Susan has described above and have tried setting the tracking to Passed / Incomplete, but to no avail - it still shows up as "Failed 100%" in AO.
Thanks for the welcome and quick response... I have tried out your suggestion of changing the pass score to 99% but unfortunately I'm still having the same issue.
I'm a bit of a newbie to the whole field of e-learning so I have attached a screenshot of a results slide (they all follow the same format in terms of the triggers used) in case you can spot any obvious mistakes I may have made....
Sorry for the trouble, Anne. If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a closer look at this. Please submit a case using the link below so our support team can assist you further:

Hi Susan and welcome to Heroes! Try setting the Reporting/Tracking to Passed/Incomplete.
Hi both
I am having exactly the same problem that Susan has described above and have tried setting the tracking to Passed / Incomplete, but to no avail - it still shows up as "Failed 100%" in AO.
Any suggestions?
Welcome to Heroes, Anne
Can you try changing the passing score to 99% and see if it resolves the issue?
