disappearing images, text & answers

this is an ongoing issue I've had with QMaker (caveat-- I've upgraded to latest March version of Studio and still having same issues as before)...
I create a quiz, drop in images in slide view, add additional text to screen and drop in answers. Sometimes it previews ok, sometimes it doesn't. So I'll go in and re-enter the answer/text/image. Then I'll publish. 9 out of 10 times, all shows up as expected. But the tenth question will be missing an answer/image/text.
Another issue-- I will add in alternate responses to default correct/incorrect and often those answers don't publish (I'll get a "Correct" w/o the text I've dropped in)
I've tried things I've read about-- reinstalling AP, deleting quizzes and re-added them, turning off my Avast anti-virus program... I am seeing some improvement but there's still a question that won't publish correctly
Any ideas?

Hi - I am having the same issue with QM. Is this anything to do with having Kaspersky anti virus? If so, which anti virus software would you recommend as having installed?
Hi ..... I have the same problem and still cannot find the cause. At first I thought the text in the answer choice missing because it overlapped with the picture; that is not the case.
Just curious, but does this happen if you randomize the questions, or is it always the last question no matter what?
Is it always the same type of question (t/f, multichoice, D&D...) that this happens on?
Hi - was advised to try and change fonts within QM and re-try. Did this but still no joy!......Any other ideas anyone?
It happens on a completely random basis. Usually within the question bank - I only work with randomized questions but could try removing this function. As far as question types, it happens across the range....blank text missing on t/f, multichoice, D&D etc.
I know this is a long shot...but would the version of Microsoft Office have a factor? It is just I ran with a trial version of Articulate Studio 09 with MSOffice 2007 without any problems but bought the software and installed it onto a pc with MSOffice2010....?
Has anyone experienced the same issue with QM using PP2010?
I am working on QM and multiple choice. No specific pattern on the missing text/answers.
I burn the project in a DVD. If I re-burn it, the missing answers corrected but appear in other answers.
The font used is articulate. I don't randomize the questions.
I am using Office 2010, but this project is made in QM standalone. The project is very simple since I need to present the test soon. Only attaching a picture from the view mode.

Hey Jeff - This thread is quite a bit dated and I'm not sure that Widya would still be subscribed here. I was able to locate the case she mentioned above and looks like we were not able to replicate the issue.
I can share a couple of items here and please note this is for Quizmaker '09:
Be sure that you are working and publishing your files on your local drive (typically drive c:) and not on your network/shared drive.
If you continue to experience the same issue, I'd recommend a repair of your software.
