Ciao Pablo, vedo che sei italiano, o quantomeno che vivi in Italia. Benvenuto sul forum, sono certo che ti troverai benissimo e che avrai occasioni per approfondire la tua conoscenza dei prodotti Articulate.
Yes, I've enabled, in the pass result slide, the following varibles.
Display passing result slide
show user's score
show passing score
allow user to review quiz
When I finish the quitz, it show me the title with the correct variable, my score label but without my points and my passing score label but without my minimun score.
I've the same problem with fail result slide.
My PC is Windows 7 Enterprice, with sp1 and 64 bit.
I wonder if the Windows regional setting has anything to do with the score not being handled properly. Can you take a look at this article, especially the steps for Regional and Language options, and see if the suggestions there help? http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2330
Hmm. when you go to slide view of your result slide, is the placeholder showing up there, as in the screenshot below? If all looks fine on the slide but the score still doesn't show up when you publish, probably best to submit a support case so a support engineer can take a closer look at what's going on. Once you do, you can then upload your files here. Thanks Pablo!
Go ahead and send us your files if you'd like. That way we can get a better look at what the issue might be. You can send them to us by following the instructions here:

Hi Pablo, and welcome! The score should appear on the result slide at the end of the quiz. Have you enabled that? Here's how.

Gabriele,
Nothing Jeanette,
An additional information, If I do the quitz in the site and send the score. I see the correct score in the DB.

Hi Peter,
I uploaded a quitz.
when I used Win XP 32 bit it run properly. Now with Win 7 64 bit I have this problem.
Hi Pablo,
The operating system itself would not be the issue here. If you'd like, you can have a look at the system requirements here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=292
But for your particular issue, I'd still recommend submitting a case for us to review:

Yes, I've already opened a problem this morning and I've sent a quitz
Thanks, Pablo. Looks like it's been received. Our excellent support staff will be in touch with you shortly. Thanks for your patience!
The problem was the font. I've changed my PC and I've forgotten to install its font.
Thank you
