Essays are not saving in Quizmaker

Hi,
I have a course with several essays and short answers. The course is completed over time, so users need to log in perioadically to complete the essays. I have had some instances where the information for previous submissions were not saved. The course is accessible through our LMS system. The LMS vendor has suggested that it could be weak wireless connections or higher security settings on the users computer. Do you have any other suggestions on the cause of this issue?

Is it only happening to particular users? If so, the information your LMS team mentions sounds like it may be on target, and it's something happening with that individuals computer and browser. Are you able to identify any common denominators among them (i.e. only happens for those users who access it via Internet Explorer, or they're accessing it from an iPad not a desktop)? If so, that information would be helpful to share so that we could help you determine any next steps.
The users that have had the issues have been using Internet Explorer. Most of our employees are also on desktop/laptop and not iPad. Have there been any updates to Articulate recently?

No recent updates (we're currently in Update 3 - and you can check that you're working in Update 3, but going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline. You'll see the update number listed within that box.) that would cause this issue. Would you be able to share the course with our Support team so that we could assist you in testing it?
