I created a simple 4-question Quiz that requires a 75% passing rate. Yet, I've *never* been able to fail the quiz - every time I go through, even if I answer all questions incorrectly, it says that I've passed. I've duplicated this both on my local computer and in the LMS.
When you've answered all of the questions incorrectly, do you receive the "failed result screen" or the "passing result screen"? I'm curious if the disconnect is on the quiz side or on the LMS side.
I should add that it's "submit each question," and after each question I get the proper answer. I can go through and have it tell me "incorrect" after each question, and then "Passed" at the end of the quiz.
I always get the "pass" screen at the end of the quiz. I get it if I run the Preview on my local hard drive. And I get it if I upload the quiz to my LMS and run it inside the LMS.
Could it be that you have accidently associated a number value to your incorrect answers.
You have the option to give point values to incorrect answers (in case you want some "wrong" answers to be more wrong than others... i.e some answers give part marks)
If you have numbers beside your incorrect questions, the wrong answers would still give the user points and they would still pass.
The issued turned out to be that I assigned NO points whatsoever to any questions. We don't want our quizzes to be graded, so I did it that way. However, Articulate needs points to determine the pass/fail.

I get a "Pass" screen at the end of the quiz. Happens when I run the preview locally, or after I've uploaded it into the LMS.

Hi Dan,
So, the issue that you're having is that your LMS always reads the quiz as "passed" regardless if you fail or pass. Is that accurate?
Hi Brian,
Thanks for clarifying.

Is that the information you were looking for?
