I am having an issue in Storyline 360 where the answer for the fill in the blank question shows when a user clicks in the box to type the answer (a dropdown appears). Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried doing a free form question via text entry to see if that would make a difference, and it did not.

Do you see this behavior only when you publish the file? It could be the browser's autofill settings, which you can't adjust from within Storyline. Take a look at this discussion for additional information.
Yes, I found that discussion. Due to the amount of people that will take the course, it may not be a realistic option to expect them to turn off auto-fill on their browser. I did test out adding the JavaScript trigger on the slide master, which seems to work, however I was hoping for an easier solution. Any other thoughts/ideas? Thank you for your quick response!
