Finish Button or Email Results Button

I seem to recall some threads about forcing an email results upon a user finishing a quiz. Can anyone point me to the thread, I am coming up empty in my searches. 

Basically I just want the results of the quiz to be emailed once they hit the finish button, the voluntary email button does not seem to be enough for the users to do it.
