You can set up your project to go to a web page after the quiz is complete. To do so in Quizmaker '09, you'll want to modify the results slide for either Pass or Fail, depending on if you only want to show this if the user passes/fails or for both cases.
To set this up, click on either the "Pass Result" or the "Fail Result" option in the Quizmaker '09 ribbon.
From here, in Form View, you'll see the option in the "Finish Action" section.
Enable the option for "Go to URL:" and enter the address for the page you'd like to show.
