Which steps did you take for repairing and reinstalling?
First, I'd recommend checking your current installation version. To do this, click on the Articulate ribbon followed by > Help and support > About Articulate Presenter. If you're not running Update 2, try downloading and installing it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm on Update 2: 1402.2817.
I downloaded the Studio installer and ran the repair option.
Today I did a complete uninstall of Studio and reinstalled and it fixed the dictionary problems.
