I have a quiz with 23 hotspot questions. In Quizmaker, all the correct answers are identified. When I preview it everything works correctly. However, when I check it after publishing, before uploading to our LMS, the correct answers show as incorrect. Short of re-building the quiz from scratch, what can I do?
Hi Michael! How are you testing the content? If you are publishing to LMS, but not uploading it yet, you may be getting a false response. You could test in SCORM Cloud perhaps.
I publish it to LMS, with the html5 output. Then, to preview it before uploading it, I run the 'presentation_html5' file. I ended up re-building the entire quiz and it works fine, but I would kind of like to know what the issue was.
If you were unable to identify the same issue in a new file, perhaps it was the file that you were working with. Hard to tell.
In general, be sure that you are working locally, you can typically simply import your content into a new file, and be sure that you are testing the content in it's intended environment.
