In developing the program and also providing records to my customers for the training, I need to be able to print out the question. Obviously I can do a screen capture and print but that doesn't seem like an appropriate method. What's the PREFERRED method... the "print" option is always grayed out.
Once you've published for Word, you can print that document.
If you need to print a published quiz, you'll need to upload the quiz to a server. If you view the project files locally, the "Print" option will be disabled.

If you need to print out your entire quiz, you could publish for Word:
