My quiz allows a user to exit at any time, and my content also allows free jumping between sections. This means that if a user views ½ of a quiz, then exits, then comes back to that quiz slide it takes them back to where they left off. Also this means that if they view all of the quiz one day, then come back an hour later to review the quiz, it starts the quiz at the 'finish' slide. How can I get the quiz always to start from the beginning? There is no quiz scoring.
Hey Angela! Open your quiz in Quizmaker. Click Player Templates > Edit, and click the Navigation tab at the left. Unmark the box that says "prompt to resume on quiz restart." This way, your quiz won't pick up where the learner left off if they come back to the quiz... it should restart fresh from the beginning of the quiz when the learner gets to the quiz slide.

Many thanks! I have seen this option, but got it confused with the same one for resuming a presentation. All great now.
Awesome, glad you're all set; thanks for letting us know!
