I currently face an issue when I publish my quiz and view it in Chrome. I'm using hyperlinks to provide correct and incorrect feedback to my users. Once am done with developing my quiz files, I publish them using the option, "Publish to Web" in Quizmaker. Now, here' the issue - when I test the quiz, all hyperlinks work fine in IE 8, but none of them work in Chrome... any idea why that would be? Also, if there's any solution that someone could offer, that would be great!
Are you testing your content locally, by any chance? A bug in the integrated Flash Player for Google Chrome (i.e., the Pepper plugin) that was released on July 31, 2012 doesn't support trusted locations. As a result, communication between the Flash Player and your Articulate content is denied when the content is viewed locally, which causes various features in your content to fail. This article has more on that.
Thank you for your response. Yes, I am testing my content locally for now. Thanks for letting me know about this bug, for now, I will go ahead and ask my users to take the quiz in IE or Firefox. Do we expect a more permanent solution to this problem anytime soon?
As noted in the article, the issue unfortunately lies on the Google Chrome-side of things, thus making it a bit out of our control at this point. You can read our official stance on it here, including encouraging you to leave a comment in the hopes of having them correct the issue more quickly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
