LMS Reporting with Quizmaker

Greetings all!
I am really struggling....I need to be able to pull reports from my LMS about the information generated when a user completes a Storyline or Quizmaker-created course. I need to know the question that they were asked and thier response and score. Does anyone have any suggestions? Our LMS is Oracle Taleo Learn and there is no report that can generate this information....we have a Crystal report that was created for us but the data that it pulls still does not show us the question that was asked, only the slide number.
Does anyone have any suggestions for reporting products or ways that we can retrieve this information? I know there just has to be a way!!!

Hi Jamie,
I'm not familiar with Oracle Taleo Learn, but I hope that someone in the community can offer advice about that LMS. In regards to other ways that you could retrieve the information, there is some discussion in this thread about how to capture the information within a database or a form such as a Google doc.
