Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:
I tired it with SCORM Cloud, it works. But it doesn't always work. uhhh..
We have our own Sumtoal LMS system and technically when we publish the quiz with the arituclate presenter using SCORM 2004, it should run a report after we complete it, showing which question is correct or not.
Other questions are fine, the results are all clear, except matching drag and drop questions: it only show NULL, not showing whether correct or not. Sometimes I got 100%, sometimes 98%..but I didn't know which I answered wrong even.
Can I send you my file and could you please check it for me?

If you're inserting the quiz into a Presenter presentation, please include the entire presentation. Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.
If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Attach the .ZIP file to the second page of the form below.
If you're using a standalone quiz, just attach the .QUIZ file to the second page of the form.
