Move the support tabs on player template?

The Articulate E-Learning examples page includes a link to Financial Skills training demo http://elearning-examples.s3.amazonaws.com/FinancialSkills/player.html.

I'm curious how the course developers created the Menu, & Help  links on the bottom left side of the player? Is this something that can be done in Articulate?  I'm trying to have resources like these available in a Quiz- and  would love to have these type of options available on the screen, instead of dropping down from the "player tab" area on top of the player.
