Certainly, you can do a couple of things with this - but I'm not sure the options are going to be what you'd like to accomplish.
You can give the learner unlimited attempts, forcing them to answer correctly before they move on, but you cannot control which answers are "selectable" in the quiz itself.
I'm not quite sure how you'd like this to work in a quiz, however, if you're wanting to totally rule out the possibility of selecting an incorrect answer.
If you could share a little more detail, perhaps we could share some suggestions that might work for you.
What I'd like Quizmaker to do is verify the learner has selected the number of options required in a Multiple Response question. For example, if the question is: Select two [2]... and the learner selects three answer choices, Quizmaker would not allow that answer to be submitted.
