My first question in my Storyline Quiz stays at the top of every slide

Good Afternoon,
I have put together an entire quiz with 20 questions in it and yet my first question in my first slide shows up at the top of every slide after that.
As you can see in the image, I have added question number 2, but my question 1 is still at the top and this occurs on every slide. How do I remove that? I think it's something to do with the main slide I created and I duplicated the 1st slide for the other 19 I made.
Any suggestion on this would be great!

Hey Patrick,
That looks like the name of the Storyline File. If you "save as" and give the project a new name, that will change that text.
You can also adjust the player for the Title of the project NOT to appear.
