Not printing the "results" page

I have several "quizzes" uploaded on our company server. Our company has 37 locations and some locations are having issues with printing the "results" page at the end of the quiz. As some of the locations, including the corporate office (my location), are able to print the "results" page, I first assumed that it was a security setting in the browser or other part of the computer. Today, 8.15.2013, on a comptuer that was recently restored (and updated) at our corporate office that the "print results" was not working, I matched the "internet options" settings of the browser to my compter. Did not work. I completely restored the desktop and attempted to print the "results" page -still  did not work. I entered my name in the dialog box appears and hit enter. On my computer, a browser pulls up and allows the "results" to be printed (i.e. quiz title, student's name, "date/time", "Student Score", "Passing Score" and "Result". Please advise on any areas to investigate for a cure. Again, some locations have no issues while others do.

Hi Bill and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Based on your description, I assume that this is a new problem and that it was previously working before? Or has this never worked before at the various locations?

You can check out this thread to see if it has anything to do with your flash settings, but your best bet may be to submit a case so that support can assist you.
