Not receiving emailed survey results. Jun 25, 2012 By Phil Grainger Hi all, looking for help or advice. I have set up an end of session evaluation through quizmaker survey. It is an 8 question Likert followed by a short answer response. Problem I am having is when the results are emailed I just get a blank email! The evaluation is an imperative part of the program and I really need to be able to see and show I have acted on these evaluations. Any advice? Phil.
Peter Anderson Staff almost 12 years ago06/25/12 at 12:58 pm (UTC) Hi Phil, There was a known issue with blank emails being sent when one or more of the answers contained and apostrophe, but if you can eliminate that as an option, I'd recommend taking a look at this article for further troubleshooting.
