Hi - I created a quiz that should jump to a specific slide upon passing. However, when I "pass" the quiz, I get a notification that I can't proceed until I pass. o.O
I'm new to all this eLearning stuff, so any advice is appreciated. Attached are screen shots.
Hi, Nikol -- Thank you for your question, and we appreciate the screenshots, but do you think we could take a look at your file itself to see how things are set up? And are you testing your published output in the intended environment to see if you find the same behavior?
It looks like you have everything set up correctly so what I would suggest doing is making sure that your project files are located on your local C: drive, not a network drive. Working on a network drive can cause changes or updates to a file to not be saved. If you need to move your files, you can do so by following the steps here. If that is not what is happening, or you need more help, I would use the article I just provided to send us your Presenter Package file by submitting a case to us here. Please include this forum thread URL and a description of what is happening and we will be more than happy to take a look.
Thank you both for your help. I am not viewing the course in the exact environment - I have looked at it via preview mode, and I published to Articulate online.
I moved the package to my C drive, and tested again in preview mode, but it still does not work.
Hi, Nikol - I see that your support ticket has been received (00657554), and you will be contacted via email after your case has been reviewed. I plan to share any relevant updates here in the thread for anyone else who may have a similar experience and comes across this thread. :)
UPDATE: For anyone who should encounter the same issues Nikol described, I wanted to stop in and share an update as promided from our Support Staff who assisted her:
After investigation, it seems that the popup message is for Slide22 instead of Slide2. When you pass the Slide2 quiz, it is set to jump to Slide23. However, the presentation is executed sequentially so it checks every slide including Slide22 which is set to "Users may view slides after quiz: After passing quiz". Since the user has not passed the Slide22 quiz, then it sent the message.

I submitted the entire package just a moment ago.
