Open different email client on clicking email links

Hello,

I have published a presentation through articulate. When client clicking on the email results button in post assessment's result page, it opens outlook for sending results through email. While in the presenter panel, when he opens the contact me tab and click on the email link then it opens the Lotus notes for email.

My client already set lotus notes as his default mail client. but still facing the same issue.

Please suggest anything on this.
