Presenter layout

Hi all,
I've got this problem in Articulate that I am trying to sort out and the image that I have attached shows this.
As you can see from it I am trying to place a quiz in the area highlighted in red but the top seems to have
been cut off! (the arrow indicates this)
I am working on this elearning project that I have inherited from another company and it has it's own
custom-built template.
How do I change the layout and dimensions of this. For example, make the quiz smaller in that high-lighted area so that it fits neatly and adjust the height of that green top banner.
I have been trying to do this to no avail in articulate so thanks in advance.

Thanks for the screenshots. This is related to the custom template, I'm guessing. Would you mind sending us the files so we can take a closer look and help try to get this resolved?
