Hi Bros, I wish you had a good day. I apologize for disturbing you, but I have a really serious problem while using Quizmaker :( When I tried to create a question like this:
That's fine, there is no problem here. But when I clicked "Preview", I got this result:
As you can see, the numbers "7486", "3", "4", "5", "6" are lost and there are several blank white square nsteadly. Could you help me to resolve this problem? Thank you so much.
Without seeing your file, it's hard to say but some things to check:
First, please make sure that you're working with local project and image files.
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
If you're able to share your .quiz file here I'm happy to take a look. If you'd prefer to not place it in the forums you can always send it to our Support team to take a look.
Thank you so much Ms. Terwilliger. But I sure that I work on my local drive, the directory path to my project files and my publish output is less than 260 characters and I have avoided using special characters, accent and symbols in my file name. But the issue is still :( I know it's disturbing, but please take a look my .quiz file in the attachment and give me a solution.
I tested this on my end, and didn't see the boxes as you showed in your image - I've gone ahead and submitted a Support case on your behalf so that our team could look into this further. I'll continue to follow along as well!
