Problem With Number In Questions And Answers

Without seeing your file, it's hard to say but some things to check:

First, please make sure that you're working with local project and image files.

• Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. 
• You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
• Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

If you're able to share your .quiz file here I'm happy to take a look. If you'd prefer to not place it in the forums you can always send it to our Support team to take a look.

But I sure that I work on my local drive, the directory path to my project files and my publish output is less than 260 characters and I have avoided using special characters, accent and symbols in my file name. But the issue is still :( I know it's disturbing, but please take a look my .quiz file in the attachment and give me a solution.

I tested this on my end, and didn't see the boxes as you showed in your image - I've gone ahead and submitted a Support case on your behalf so that our team could look into this further. I'll continue to follow along as well!
