I have several users who are unable to open a Quizmaker file from Blackboard 9.1. All of them are using Mac's. Any known issues with opening Articulate files in general and Quizmaker files in particular with Mac's?
As far as viewing content, there really aren't any documented issues with a Mac. The same minimum requirements, such as Flash player and browser choice, may be the culprit.
If they're trying to edit existing courses, we have not announced plans for native Macintosh versions of our software to enable authoring on non-Windows systems. However, we do have customers who successfully use our products with Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or Bootcamp for Macintosh. More info here.
