Problems with Print and Finish

I'm on Day Two of a 30-day trial with Quizmaker - fabulous product. I've successfully built a quiz with conditional branching and posted it on my website, and it mostly works great. Two problems - with both "pass" and "fail" results, the "print" and "finish" actions are not completing properly.  For "print", there is a PRINT button on the slide, and the user is prompted for their name (as I've configured), but nothing happens at the point where (I presume) a report is to be sent to the printer. The only thing I see is just the result slide. Similarly, I've set the quiz up to go to a URL upon completion. When I test the URL in Articulate, it works fine. Once published, the FINISH button is there, but doesn't seem to do anything. I'm wondering if there is something I need to adjust in the HTML code I used to post the quiz to my website? All the other Flash elements are working fine, but these two would be great to have working...

To follow up... when I publish my quiz, then from inside Articulate select VIEW QUIZ, the "launcher" page comes up (I don't usually see that), and both the PRINT and FINISH functions work correctly. I guess my question, then, is: which file should I be pointing to in the html code on my website? The quiz.swf file? The launcher.html file?
