Pub Quiz

Hi All,

Some questiosn I have - is there any way to show the group question heading i.e the first five questions would be under Food & Drink, etc. An question 23 I wanted to do a whole round similar to this but it doesn't look so good. 

And I haven;t worked with Engage, nor Presenter yet so if you have any tips how I could incorporate this into someting overall, i.e the skeleton questions I would like to add as a word doc, or as a PPT slide and then answer the questions back into quizmaker. But a) not sure if I can and b) no idea how to do it either.
