I have created a number of quizzes in Quizmaker and would like to have a printout of the questions and answers in Word or other program. When I publish the PPT module in Word, the Storyboard shows only a slide for the first question and nothing else.
How can I print out the text and answers for the quizzes that I created in Quizmaker in a word processing format?
If you're publishing directly from Quizmaker there is an option on the Publish to Word screen to include "Full quiz details" or "Question only." You'll want to make sure you select "Full quiz details"
If you're publishing to Word from Storyline, all the question and answer information should be included. If the entire quiz is not included in your publish to Word, I'd begin by conducting a repair of Storyline.
Hi Ashley Thanks for your reply. I am using Articulate 09 so I don't think that I have the version that does what you suggest: 1) There is no Publish option in my version of Quizmaker. The word "Publish" is there but the only action possible is Review. Is there a way to publish from Quizmaker with this version? 2) I don't have Storyline on my computer. Does this need to be downloaded as part of Articulate 09 to print out the quiz material? When we purchased Articulate we purchased only Presenter, Quizmaker, Engage, and Video Encoder., all 09 versions
Hi John! You should be able to publish directly from Quizmaker 09.
If you launch Quizmaker on its own (like from your Windows Start menu), and then open your quiz, your Quizmaker menu should look like the picture below, where you can click Publish and then select Word as your publishing option. Are you seeing something different?
Sorry to confuse you, when you mentioned Storyboard, I thought you were referring to Storyline which is a separate product from Quizmaker.
I see that Leslie shared the image for publish to Word from within Quizmaker 09, and if you do not see the options she shared, I'd suggest beginning with a repair of Studio 09.
Thanks! Opening Quizmaker from the Start Menu works. Didn't know I could do that! Publishing to Word does produce a good document that gives the quiz questions and the answers.
Now - do I have to go quiz by quiz? Or can I t print them all at once from the PPT document they are embedded in?
OK - I thought this was the only way to do it. Thanks to you and Ashley too for being so responsive to my issue. I really appreciate the quick turn around

Hi John! In order to get the full Quiz details, you should publish them from Quizmaker.
