Qm13 compatibility with old AO quizzes

Hi,

I have quizzes created in QM2 on articulate online. If I publish a quiz made in QM13 with the same title as an old QM2 quiz, will this delete the data associated with that old quiz?

I know that if I alter a QM2 quiz via QM2 no data is deleted, but I just want to check the position in relation to a republish in QM13.

The reason I wish to republish quizzes with the same title is simply to make them compatible with the HTML5 feature in QM13.

I would not however wish to do this if there was a risk of user data being deleted when I do so. And nor do I want to give AO users the option of 2 different quizzes with the same(ish) name.

Hi Andrew,

Since it will create the same file type, you should be ok to publish it and it will overwrite the existing content. The one thing you'll want to keep in mind, is not to change any questions within the Quiz, as if you do you'll see a screen such as this one when trying to run a report:

 So you'd still be able to pull the older data, but just not one main report with everything in it.
