Question List Disappears

Hi All,
The question list in '13 is less robust than the '09 version which is causing us a little bit of concern; but the real problem we're running into is the question list disappearing. We can create a Quizmaker player that include the question list on the top left. It works fine. It previews fine. It publishes fine. However, when he put that Quizmaker quiz on a PowerPoint slide and preview it within PowerPoint or Publish it as a part of Presenter '13 the question list is missing.
is there any way to bring Quizmaker files into PowerPoint and have the question list show up on the quizzes?

p.s. We work with Studio and Storyline every single day so we likely are bringing it in properly, etc.

I think the Question list becomes part of the menu when you insert it into Presenter
