Quiz Feedback popups are blank

Hey everyone,
I ran into an interesting problem today. After publishing a course for the web, and uploading it to our server, we've had some individuals beta test it and one of them had an issue with the quizes.
The problems were:
- On a question where the type is "select more than one," and the appropriate answer is to select all three, there is supposed to be a feedback box that pops up (per question) and explains why all three would be correct. This appears to function correctly for most testers, but one individual told us that if she selected only one or two, the feedback box would be blank.
- On a question where the type is "drag and drop ranking," one individual told us that if you do nothing and hit submit, the feedback box would be blank.
We tried to recreate this ourselves with no luck, even deleted cookies and retried. Is this a known issue? Is it to do with the user's system? Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Wade

Hi Wade.
Can you find out what web browser and OS they are using? Also, what version of Flash Player are they using?
Justin, we think it's XP, IE7 and Flash 9
Hi Wade.
You may want to see if they can upgrade their Flash Player to a more recent version or try resetting the browser.
Justin,
Thanks for your suggestion. I've passed that on and we'll see how that affects things. It sounded like a user system issue to me, but I thought I'd ask.
Thanks!
Wade
