Reloading Quizzes

Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with one of our courses where the quiz, after leaving it and coming back isn't restarting the quiz at the beginning, like it should, but rather where it left off.
Our courses are set up in the format of :
- Introduction
- Content Slide
- Content Slide
- Content Slide
- Check Your Understanding (3 Questions)
- Summary
We go through the quiz, answer the three questions and on the last question the feedback box pops up with 'Finish' or 'Retry Quiz'. Clicking 'Finish' takes us to the Summary, like it should. On the summary page, when we hit the 'Previous' button; it goes back to the quiz, but to Question 3 with the feedback box showing. It should go back to Question 1 and restart the quiz.
The quiz is actually working correctly on our local computers; but when we upload it to the live site, the issue is occurring. We've tried creating the quizzes from scratch; using old templates of quizzes; etc. And nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this issue or any ideas as to how to resolve the issue?

Hey Rodney!
Without seeing your course, I'd recommend checking your Resume Properties. I would expect that behavior out of the Previous button as it should go to the previous slide.
In order to re-start your quiz, the learner should be utilizing the retry quiz button.
