Quiz Maker Results Page as PDF?

Hi, I am building several training modules for the candidates of faculty positions at the institution I work for. Because the audience includes candidates (applying for faculty positions), we will not deploy this in a environment that requires the College employee credentials. Nevertheless, the committee involved in this project would like the quiz result page to be customized and generated in a format that can be saved, attached to an email. So, applicants would attach that to their application package. I found under support info on how to create a Certificate of Completion customizing report.html – Quizmaker

But the page is still not a file that can be saved or sent to someone. Is there a way to generate a results page in PDF, for example?
