I have a course with a quiz at the end that can be taken only one time. When I publish the SCORM course I have reporting set to 'Pass/Fail'. However if I intentionally fail the course, the LMS is still getting 'pass' information. If is set reporting to 'Pass/Incomplete' - the LMS reports that the course is not finished if I intentionally fail the quiz. Any ideas on how to work around this?
This is curious. The LMS is probably interpreting a failed status as a status of complete and a success status of failed. Those are two different things. Complete would mean you can't retake it, and the failed means you failed. I would suggest discussing this with your LMS, as it seems to be an issue with how they are tracking the data.

Sorry to bother everyone - the issue was resolved! We forgot to put the pass/fail threshold into the LMS settings - so the 'fail' never got recorded.
