I have completed a quiz and it will preview; seems to run fine, but it will not publish. The Articulate window freezes and I cannot even close it without a reboot. What should I try for troubleshooting?
Please be sure that your quiz and audio / video resources are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive), and that you're publishing locally as well. Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior.

If your Articulate software continues to perform erratically, a simple repair of Articulate Studio ‘09 may resolve the issue.
