Quizmaker 09 - not allowing an answer to be submitted

Hi

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with Quizmaker09 where a user gets half way through a quiz and it then 'freezes' not allowing any answers to be submitted?

My quizzes are all timed and therefore, the end user often is not able to complete the course because they time out (due to the quiz not allowing them to submit an answer).

Only affecting one course so far so completely random and not linked to a particular question either (which is also random).

I've tested it across a few browsers (IE10, 11, Firefox) and replicate the same issue (quiz freezing).

Any suggestions as to what it can be before I try to figure out what is going wrong by tinkering with all the settings and republishing??

Hello, I am having this EXACT same issue and am wondering if there has been and other responses/fixes??

I also noticed that when this happens, I have to use my keyboard arrow keys to go back through the questions to 'reset' the quiz. 9 times out of 10 the user had a question wrong that the quiz let them progress through!? Why would that be? I am using feedback in my questions...

I am sorry that you are running into a similar snag here. Since this post is a bit older, I would like to start fresh. A couple of questions for you on this: 

  • Which version of Quizmaker are you using? 
  • Is this happening in other projects as well or just this one?
