Quizmaker '09 published for LMS cannot be viewed in the browser

I have been using Quizmaker '09 for creating quizzes and publishing them for LMS. Until recently I faced no problems viewing the quiz.html file in the browser. I have always used Google Chrome.

But now I get an error which does not allow me to see the output. The error I get is shown below. I have updated to Adobe player's latest version. Still the error wont go away. 

What else do I need to check / change?

Hi Anagha!

It looks as if it is trying to access a quiz.swf file.

If you view a published Quizmaker '09 quiz on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details.
